At Janet Brits Audiology, we provide audiological services to both adults and children of all ages. Our team is committed to providing high quality hearing health care, from hearing assessments to hearing aid evaluations, hearing aid fittings, hearing protection, swim and sleep plugs and the follow up care of our products and services.

Our aim is to form long term relationships with each patient and walk with them through the complete process. Whether you are experiencing symptoms of a new hearing problem, or in need of follow-up care, Janet Brits Audiology works with you to develop a full solution-orientated approach for your or your loved ones’ hearing loss. We regularly pay visits in areas such as Keetmanshoop, Ongwediva and Grootfontein to conduct hearing clinics.

Janet Brits (Audiologist)

Janet is an audiologist with twenty-one years of experience in private practice. She completed her B. Communication Pathology and M. Communication Pathology degrees (University of Pretoria, South Africa) which led her to specialise in audiology. With such a passion for audiology, Janet also completed a certificate in Cochlear Implants and in Speech Language and Hearing Therapy at the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa.

Janet loves connecting with her patients and believes that key to success is helping patients to improve their quality of life. She thoroughly enjoys the diagnostic side of audiology. She has a special interest in the area of auditory brainstem response testing as well as auditory processing, as she loves understanding how the brain makes sense of sound.

Heinowieze Isaacs (Practice Manager)

Heinowieze joined our practice in 2016. She is the practice manager and the very friendly voice over the phone. She handles all appointments, logistics, billing, hearing instrument orders, repairs and can even assist with trouble shooting and your hearing aids’ service. Heinowieze has a wealth of experience in medical reception work as well as in audiology and patient care, and will provide you with the best customer experience.

We regulary set up mobile hearing clinics in areas such as Otjiwarongo, Tsumeb, Grootfontein, Mariental, Keetmanshoop and Swakopmund.
